2 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of course salt
1/2 cup salted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 bananas, overripe
Preheat oven to 350*F/175*C.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
Mix the mushy bananas and eggs into the butter/sugar mixture.
Add wet combination to the dry combination. Stir until just mixed.
Here's the part where you add walnuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon, whatever you want!
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
I cooled mine in the pan and it came out fine. :)
