Warning: Do not attempt to eat this bread fresh out of the oven. It smells delicious, I know...but it is not meant for straight up consumption.
If you don't trust me, ask my husband. He insists on trying everything as soon as it comes out of the oven.

My name is Rebecca and I make ugly food.
Also sometimes I get into fights with yeast.
We don't usually get along.

Challah
When celebrating the new year, challah is shaped round to symbolize the circle of life.
I attempted to braid mine, but it didn't turn out so well. Also this was my second attempt and I did have help (thanks, husband!).

Banana Bread
I like that it can be a dessert or a breakfast.
I also like that it's easy to customize!

Grilled Cheese with Pesto and Tomato
Look at this buttery, crispy, delicious sandwich.
Such an easy way to make a simple meal feel fancy. This is why my husband always asks me to make his lunches - he says his are too boring.

Rolls
I love these rolls. They're SO good fresh out of the oven, and when they cool down, they're pretty much English muffins. They're great toasted with preserves or peanut butter.
