POST WORKOUT MEAL
3 chicken hot dogs (Kosher section of Wegman's)
1/2 an avocado
Dice the hot dogs and avocado. Heat up your pan. Spray the oil. As soon as the egg starts to turn white, throw in the avocado and hot dogs. Mix, mix, mix!
Protein: 42 grams
I used to make this for my husband after he went running. He now goes to a gym before work, so he has to stick to protein bars.
